HE/LX Analysis Software 6.0A and License Disks - Installation Instructions The NorthEast Monitoring’s HE/LX Analysis Software is used in conjunction with any of NorthEast Monitoring’s Digital Holter Recorders and allows one to print full disclosure of a patient’s Holter recordings. This software can only be used in conjunction with the NorthEast Monitoring Digital Holter Recorders. It is not compatible with the Holter monitor of any other manufacturer. To install the software to a directory other than c:\nm\, choose the Custom (Custom) option and click the Browse (Browse) button to select location. The HE/LX Analysis software must be installed into a directory in which the application program has the right to create and modify all files and sub-directories in that directory. As a result, it is not recommended to use the “C:\program files” directory as a base for the installation. Additionally, if the user has limited rights, then the base directory for the installation (which defaults to c:\nm) must separately be given full read/write/modify privileges. For LX Sleep only: This version is not compatible with LX Sleep. TO INSTALL: 1. Plug in the software USB key (HASP-key) into your computer. 2. Insert disk labeled HE/LX Analysis Software and click on the file labeled INSTALL.BAT. The installation process will load the required software onto your desktop, which may or may not include: HE/LX Analysis, Adobe Reader and Visual C++. 3. Once all of the software is finished installing, remove the software disk and insert the License disk. Open the directory and click on the License file. Follow the steps as prompted.
